To continue celebrating the Pride month, here we bring you some recommendations of some LGBT + musicals that have jumped from the stage to the small screen, and that now you can enjoy from the comfort of your home.

1.The guys in the band. It revolves around a group of homosexual friends who meet in a house to celebrate the birthday of one of them. The film stars Zachary Quinto, Jim Parsons, Andrew Rannells, Michael Benjamin Washington, Charlie Carver, Tuc Watkins, Robin de Jesús, Brian Hutchison and Matt Boomer.
2. Rent. It tells the life of a group of young bohemians who explore their sexuality, liberation and addictions. The film stars Rosario Dawson, Taye Diggs Wilson Heredia, Idina Menzel, Jesse Martin, Adam Pascal, Anthony Rapp, and Tracie Thoms.
3.The Prom. A group of Broadway actors travel to a conservative Indiana city to help a lesbian teenager attend her prom with her partner. It features performances by Meryl Streep, Nicole, Kidman, James Corden, Kerry Washington, Andrew Rannells, Keegan Michael Key, and Ariana DeBose.
4. Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom. It explores the exploitation of black musicians in Chicago during the 1920s, focusing on the “Mother of the Blues” and her band members as they make a recording. The film stars Viola Davis and the late Chadwick Boseman.
