Of course it would be great to have Famke Janssen back. Seeing her play Jean Gray, even once again, is something that a significant number of fans continue to wait for in the depths of their hearts. Unfortunately the course of things has changed radically and it is already a fact that we will not see the well-known X-Men return to the big screen in future installments.
With Disney’s purchase of Fox, Marvel Studios now has a chance to make and break the X-Men at will. The rights of the characters now belong to them and with all certainty Kevin Feige and company will reboot the story and add it to the long road that the MCU takes.
But Marvel executives are not in such a rush. Spider-Man: Far From Home – 82% marks the conclusion of Phase 3 of the MCU, and Phase 4 will arrive with several sequels and new characters: The Eternals and Shang-Chi. The company already has plans for the next ten years and it is possible that the X-Men will be introduced to history after a considerable amount of time. We hope they make it to the next big Marvel superhero cinematic crossover.
Spider-Man: Far From Home It will hit theaters on July 2 in the United States and on July 5 in Latin America.
