Lagunero singer-songwriter Luis Villalba will offer a virtual concert today.
Through the social networks of the Directorate of Art and Culture of Gómez Palacio, Luis will present the show from 7:00 p.m.
In an interview with El Siglo de Torreón, Luis commented that he is very excited to deliver this presentation made at the Alberto M. Alvarado Theater in La Laguna de Durango.
“We did it a few months ago, but until now we can present it,” he said.
Luis said that the concert has been called Nothing to celebrate, like his most recent record material, which has released the singles Loco, Emilia (tribute to Emilia Clarke) and No me went.
“We put together a very good set in which we put objects that refer to each song, such as Emilia’s stockings (similar to those used by Clarke in the film Me Before You) and the yellow jacket that I used in the Loco video” , he stated.
The artist announced that in addition to the aforementioned songs he will sing others that have been vital in his career.
“We play all the songs and we are going to explain how each one of them was born,” he said.
In the talk, Luis said that other musicians from the region accompany him in the recital.
“Marcus Frame plays the piano that they have at the Alvarado, the truth is that it can be heard very well,” he said.
