Roger Federer and Robert De Niro in behind the scenes commercial tourism of Switzerland

Roger Federer and Robert De Niro, in a frame together, is something that people wouldn’t think about. However, the duo was in a frame during the Swiss Tourism ad. The Swiss teacher and the renowned film director were seen together in the MySwitzerland ad, “No Drama”.

Robert De Niro is an Academy Award-winning American filmmaker, actor, and producer. The duo shook hands in May for the project and delivered a spectacular advertisement for the tourism company.

In the end, De Niro jokingly told Federer to contact Tom Hanks for the project. Roger Federer combining with Robert De Niro

Switzerland is one of the most beautiful countries in the world, leading to a strong tourism market.

The country is famous for its mountains, spas, chocolate and people in general. In an advertisement for Switzerland Tourism, Roger Federer invited Robert De Niro to make a movie with him. The Hollywood icon, however, rejected the idea.

Robert De Niro, sitting in his New York apartment, demanded some form of drama from his country. He doesn’t like the country to be perfect. Consequently, Roger agrees with the director. He’s desperate for some kind of drama, so he rejects all of Federer’s ideas.

The Swiss legend invites you to skydive, ski, and watch cows grazing in the fields. The director does not find these ideas attractive and rejects the plan. De Niro advises Roger to call in another Hollywood superstar, Tom Hanks, for the position.

Roger Federer will play in the 2021 Wimbledon Championship, starting Monday. The Swiss will be seeking his ninth Wimbledon title and 21st Grand Slam title overall. The former world number one will look forward to a hot run at the grass-court event after a string of disappointing performances.

He recently lost to 21-year-old Canadian Felix Auger Aliassime at the Halle Open. This is probably the Swiss legend’s last chance to win a Grand Slam title, considering age has not been on his side.

The injury streak since the past two years has kept him out of shape. However, it’s time to get back in shape for the former world number one.
